The 2023 RDD and Radiological Risk Workshop will be held on February 20-24, 2023, in the “Views” conference room in Building 898 at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This course is a classified, and therefore, all participants will need to transfer clearances to attend the workshop.
If you are a Foreign National, please contact Felicia Vigil at +1-505-553-3105 and via E-mail at fmvigil@sandia.gov to pass your clearance to Sandia National Laboratories. Please contact your embassy (Australia – Washington.visits@defence.gov.au; United Kingdom – NSD-VISITS@mod.gov.uk; Canada – Cdlswvisits@forces.gc.ca) and then let us know when your clearance information has been submitted. If you receive anything from them with a Visit Request number, please send that to us so Ms. Vigil will have the necessary details needed to process your visit.
If you do have a DOE-issued HSPD-12 badge from another laboratory, your clearance is already in the DOE system and you need to do nothing.
